About this listen
Jake Boulder’s help is requested when his friend’s family is crucified and burned.
When a woman’s body is discovered, Boulder realises the murders have something unusual in common. After a young couple is snatched, the case takes a more brutal turn. Gruesome footage is sent to the major US news outlets; the pressure to find those responsible mounts. With the authorities against him, can Boulder catch the killer?

Fantastic
Great story, I read the first book in this series so had a good idea who was who, the reader is perfect for this story line, I've passed on good books before, because the reader didn't fit with the story, that most important for enjoying a good book, can't wait for the next book in this series, great writing.

Scarily realistic
This second Boulder book is horrific in it's premise, scarily realistic (given the polititcal climate in the USA and Europe currently) but it makes for a very entertaining listen, which I hate to say, given the subject matter, but it really is a good listen, David McCallion is excellent as always, Jake Boulder is still irritatingly goody goody, but I can overlook this due to the entertainment value of the entirety.
I totally recommend this book to all (except the squeamish).

What about the ending???
I enjoyed this book apart from the fact that he obviously hates the English which is a little sad for me and I don’t get the ending

The Scottish Jack Reacher
A fairly fast paced thriller and somewhat harrowing considering these times at the present moment
