Great book!

Great for Young HSP's!!!!

I absolutely loved listening to this audiobook. The narrator has such a smooth voice, it really enhanced my listening experience. This audiobook is actually 2 audiobooks ( incredible value) and very comprehensive and supportive for young HSP"s. It is a collection of practical guides and affirmations that acknowledge the unique challenges faced by HSPs but also celebrate their profound depth of feeling and potential for deep connection with the world around them. Change you mindset, change your life

I know that changing my mindset can have a powerful impact on my life. I know that is true, but it's hard to make that change. Sometimes I feel stuck in my low mindset and it's hard to find my way out. This was a good book for putting me back on the right track. It was empowering and inspirational.
