Summary

The Tournament Approaches!

The grand tournament is drawing near. A place where every major faction in the Settled Territories sends their greatest members to compete in various fields. As people from all over the world head to the Tournament Territory, others make moves in the shadows. Everyone has their own agenda, and everyone is looking to gain advantage and power.

For Ryun and Zach, the tournament is the place where they can test themselves against the best the Infinite Realm has to offer. To find their place in this new world.

New faces and new threats arise as everyone converges to the same territory, and the entire world is watching.

But the Infinite Realm is a cruel place, and sometimes, people forget that the beings that created it have their own agenda.

progression and escalation done well

A great addition to the series and introduction of Characters that makes sense in this world. My only criticism is the classic MC who hasn't had the system for nearly as long as others have had to study it intrinsically understands it more than they have managed to understand it with evidence based research (it is blamed in the societal norm and and 'the accepted norm')

honestly I'm not sure

don't get me wrong it was very well written and I enjoyed it. for me tho it just jumped around so much I found it had to keep track of who was who. there is a lot of world building and events happening but I found myself getting bored and not caring for most of it and just wanting to know what was happening go the main people. but at the end of the day if you liked the last two you will enjoy this

Phenomenal

Absolutely the best book so far! As each book goes on I find myself liking Zach’s character more and more. Ryun is still my favorite but I now look forward to both perspectives.

The world building continues to get better and better with each book and the side character development has become one of my favorite parts of these books.

I truly can’t wait to see what comes next!

I can't do this anymore

I am back to make a better review.

1. Stop the side stories, there are so many characters in this book that I've lost who is who, which motivation belongs to who and it's gotten way way to convoluted.

2. The ending, what was the point? why did you *spoiler* kill literally all of the older more powerful people? how can they be killed by something that seems like a nuke according to the very minimal description. these are characters who are stronger then Ryun, who has literally wiped mountain off the map, who has survived attacks that would make a nuke look like a joke. How would stronger individuals not be able to survive or have such minimal protections.

3. I wanted to see this story through, I love Ryun's arc, his character is so interesting, his support characters are fun and I like their relationships and his potential budding relationship. but it gets interrupted so much by the side stories that don't relate to Ryun or the plot.

4. I don't care about what others say, the gay couples aren't bad and add to the characters who previously felt like stone. Zach's relationship is still majorly hypocritical but I would like to see him understand what happened to Ryun.

5. Too bad that my positive points will never be realized. I am done with this series. I am done with the side stories and enough characters to fill 50 books.

Too sexual.

The author has started ruining the story and putting in sexual story lines that dont even go anywhere because this book isnt nsfw. Everyone is turned gay and poly and its ridiculous. The author shouldnt force his cuckold views on his readers.

Just flat amazing. Worth more than 1 credit!

Voice acting on point!

The writing is wonderful! This book is just beyond a pleasure to listen to.
The writing is evocative and detailed. It doesn't matter how many new characters are introduced... they all have depth, a clear individuality, and all have reasons to exist, not just within the story as its written (some authors just keep adding as to not get stuck in a corner) but as people in this world.

I really love the expansive yet fully contained story telling. We are staying focused on the main thing (The Twilight Melody Sect) while also deftly expanding the point of view to other characters that only add to the overall story.
Still no clutter, still no extra fat on this story. Wonderful!

It appears the majority of these character sheets will be minuets upon minuets long (still ridiculous)... legit 20min. for a character screen!!! but they are being used more sparingly the further the story goes and tend to be the last part of each chapter they appear.

All throughout the story we are getting B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L character study from everyone introduced to us, especially ESPECIALLY our main character Ryun and the (would be) antagonist Zach. They develop and grow, they learn and make difficult decisions, not just slaves to the characters that have been created and the usual whims of human nature. They really do struggle with new information and power, susceptible to its allure like any humans and yet choose a better path. They have EARNED the respect due them from the road traveled and yet to travel.

Zach...
brotha...
I mean I get it, given his personality (self-righteous, a hero complex, hypocritical, and hell bent on not being as weak as he was once shown to be) but, you jump into a new world with all kina magic and new races, literally named INFINITE... and you chose to be a cop... ... ... ... no helping some people.

Only thing I don't like about this book is that I can only listen to it once, for the 1st time.

I enjoyed the first two books a lot but more so for world being set up and system there in. I love new and adventure, not to say the previous two books didn't focus on the inside out of the characters but THIS BOOK was just great in all aspects... AWWLLL OF EM

this is full 5 stars across the board. FULL STOP

Good performance

I enjoyed this book and loved the narration. However when anyone had a look at their status screens and started reading their titles and abilities it became daunting. I would find myself skipping 15 minutes and it would still be going. Please shorten that but otherwise great book.

A+++ Masterful

How satisfying. You have redeemed us from the second book. I understand why the 2nd book was written, but I just didn't like it that much. Mainly bc Zac is soooo hypocritical. We will get back to him later.
***SPOILERS***
This book does introduce characters old and new, but they are very interesting. I enjoyed them. I also like how Ryun is getting to know who he is supposed to be. Ryun knows his wrongs and his rights, yet he has found a way to live his true self. We are even seeing a budding romance. I like it a lot bc it does not hinder the his growth.

Zac still bothers me. I know the author is trying to make him super cool, but gosh he is so double minded. LOL. Yes Ryun did terrible things, but so did he. I may start liking him again later though bc the ending was pretty good. He does have some awesome abilities

The book strives to explain the differences in powers. It is so good. The growth of the characters makes this book even better. I understand why people get mad about the skills that are constantly being read. There was a time when the skills being read were more than 10 mins I think. That was a little extreme. hahaha (I still kind of liked it for some reason)

The narrator does an incredible job reading this story we love. Thank you Phil Thron for your hard work. and thank you I-Kal for sharing this story with us.
