Summary

The subconscious is overdue a software upgrade. This primitive and emotional part of your brain follows rules for keeping you safe and well based on the caveman days, where saber-toothed tigers and other predators were the biggest threat. If you have ever had a battle going on in your head between what you believe you want to do, and the part of you that seems to hold you back, then this book is for you.

Excellent explanation of how the brain works

Well written and read by the author herself. Lots of really useful insights how the brain is programmed. There are some overlaps with the previous book, but I felt this just reinforced the message. Changed the way I see and think about myself and others.

Making sense of me

Great book. Easy to listen to while travelling or just having a cuppa. All makes complete sense and a great way to unravel yourself ready to reboot. Thanks Dawn.
