Poor finish

Have loved this series, but was very disappointed in the last few chapters of this title.
Far fetched beyond belief!!

Ok but not the best in the series

I love this series but this book is just ok, not particularly good. Sam is a poor character, always has been, and as a mother of 2 young children I found the whole pregnancy/newborn storyline was very unrealistic. I love the local Guildford knowledge. As a previous Guildford resident who lives abroad now I really love the local aspects.

No ~ you can’t !!

A heartfelt plea to the author. Please don’t write DCI Gillard out of the storyline. This has to have been the best out of the series. Well done and I’ll wait patiently for the next release.

One of the best, of a great series

I have read all of the Gillard series and what a great series it is, the narrator really brings the characters to life. If you haven’t read any yet I would highly recommend them. Here is hoping this isn’t the end.

Best So Far……

I enjoyed it from beginning to end. Excellent storyline which kept me guessing to the end. Problem is - how do I follow that? I am on hols in Italy so plenty of reading time but I don’t know what to read next, this book is a hard one to follow up!!

Overall this was my favourite Craig Gillard yet.

Narrator is really ok at the fellas but accents and women are not his forte!
