A unique storyline!

I definitely enjoyed listening to this audiobook. I have listen to several of this authors books and I can’t say enough. She has a fantastic imagination and a wonderful way of telling a story.
The narrator does a fabulous job with the characters and voices of each character. Making it easy to distinguish between the characters and voices of each character.

Quite a story

This is an interesting storyline, seems to be a spin-off of several stories rolled into one. All the conniving and scheming was too much. The subliminal messages added to the mystery. Narrator did a great job. Would listen to series if it becomes one.

Not as good as I hoped.

All the good reviews had me excited to listen to a paranormal alien romance however that does not feel like what I got.

It is a VERY religious story.
If you like what at first appears to be an Alpha male who breaks into tears many times in a story. One of the times he is balling in tears begging forgiveness. I was unimpressed. That is likely when the story lost appeal to me.

I would not think of this as paranormal story. This would be a religious romance story that includes sex for pleasure rather than procreation.

I will be returning this book because it was not at all appealing to my tastes.

Refreshingly different & original!

This story was absolutely NOT what I expected! I don’t want to give too much away, but what I will say is that it was definitely worth the credit. I’d rate it a 10 out of 10 and it will absolutely be remembered as one of my favorite novels of all time.

The story was very original and not at all like what you’d usually expect in this genre, even the sex scenes were handled tastefully and totally went along with the wonderful love story that bloomed between the two main characters. The best way I can describe it without giving any spoilers is that it’s a brilliant retelling of the classic beauty and the beast tale. Please don’t hesitate to spend the credit and enjoy this great work of storytelling!

Very different but good

This story was NOT what I expected but was very entertaining,

Although the plot was a giveaway it had strangely different twists.

I liked both the main characters and liked that they seemed well developed.

The narration could use some help. There were clicks, other noises in the background, I didn’t care for the sound effects, and the narrator seemed to read rather than perform.

This will be the top one on my favorite list

I loved it from beginning to the ending. The hero and the heroine were so loving. I will not mind for the second or the third round of this book. I finished it in one sitting.

I Laugh, Cried, and Loved It

I felt all levels of emotions with the story and I loved it. It was beauty and the Beast arch type of story with it's own unique paths. I loved it so much I couldn't stop listening to it.

Another gem from J.T and Bridget!

This was much different content from the other Bridget Brislin books I've read, but I really really enjoyed it! J.T. does such a good job with her words and bringing them to life. I loved the concept of this book and of the Aesma Daeva, it was great. I enjoyed how their relationship developed and how she said him as a person rather than a 'demon'.
There was honestly only one thing that I didn't like about the audio and that was the sound effect that was used when they blinked or teleported to a new location. It just threw me off, but it was so minor it didn't detract from the book and performance as a whole.
