Cariou is Bosch
Im normally a fan of the long story, where the small side plots eventually feed into the bigger narrative. This collection isnt like that and feels like a group of stories that couldnt be developed into a bigger or more dynamic story. Each short is enjoyable enough but I didnt feel as fullfilled as I do with the longer Bosch stories. Very much worth a listen and Im glad I did as a Bosch fan. Some seriels change narators or use a good performer regardless of context but for me Len Cariou is Bosch, I dont know what Bosch looks like (I have an image in my head) but I know what he sounds like and its len Cariou is performance isnt the most textured but its perfect for the old time detective.

Excellent narration and good storyline
Very short but enjoyable, especially the pace and contrasting characters voices.
Bosch stories tend to be complex so a slower narration helps a lot.

Excellent Narration
The narration is excellent and conveys the struggle law enforcement have in dealing with cold cases.
My gripe with many (not all) short stories however, is the author doesn't give a proper closure on the plot or want to deal with the ending.

" A turkey hunt."
A short story read by Len Cario, one of Bosch's cold cases.
Of course it was good - it's by Michael Connelly -- but the novels are better.

1 Credit and less than 60 mins?
So unless I am mistaken £7.00 for 50 pages………I know it probably states all this but still seems a rip off.

Huge fan of Michael Connolly but not switchblade not worth using a credit on this. 2 chapters only

What would have made Switchblade better?

Not worth it
I am a huge fan of the Harry Bosch novels, but this is terrible. I got over-excited at the thought of a new Harry Bosch, so I didn't notice when I purchased this that it was only 48 minutes and two chapters long. There is absolutely nothing to the story and I'd guessed the ending after about 5 minutes. Very poor. I wanted to return the title but couldn't as I had paid cash for it and not bought it with a credit. If I'd bought it with a credit I could have returned it and got my credit back. Why should it be any different for cash or a credit - let's face it, it's all money. If you love Harry Bosch do yourself a favour and don't waste your time with this. Or if you must try it then buy with a credit so you can return it and get your credit back.
