Summary
Tru Willis refuses to feel sorry for himself.
Sure, he’s a barren rabbit-shifter who has to spend his heat alone every year. And, of course, he’d love to have a mate and children of his own. But he’s too busy nursing wild animals back to health and babysitting his cute nieces and nephews to feel lonely.
Until someone starts leaving gifts on his doorstep. Sweet handmade gifts that make Tru feel special and treasured. The gifts all smell of alpha—an alpha Tru has never met face-to-face.
One day, Tru finds a letter on his doorstep instead of a gift. In it, the alpha requests to help Tru through his heat. He even leaves a photo of himself, and he’s breathtaking.

Perfect combination
Connor Brown has a great voice and gave the book the right atmosphere and voices. I think this was my first introduction to this narrator, but I will keep an eye out for more of his mm work.
The authors are great writers and well known in the mm shifter mpreg genre and this collaboration was a treat to first read and now listen to this first book in the Rabbit Hollow series.
I really liked the unusual pairing of shifter types , Tru a bunny species and, Griffin a bird of prey species. I also appreciated the link to our modern day society: and that things won't change if no one takes a chance to go for what they want. Especially in relation to stereotypical roles in relationships.
This was an emotional, but also a fun read with a great nesting scene in ehich Griffin is very active. And the babies omg, how cute and a hybrid. Cute.

Wonderful
Absolutely fantastic book. I liked the different traditions each shifter community had. And I like how they came together and things started to change. The main characters were really sweet and wonderful together. I loved their story and I hope to read more books in this world. The narrator was amazing.

I really enjoyed Connor Brown's narration. It helped keep the story super sweet just as Bellows and Gray obviously intended.
