Freeing Yourself from Anxiety and Regain Control!

I have very bad anxiety. Sometimes it's bad enough I need to go to the er because I'm having a panic attack. I thought I would try this audio-book to save myself the trouble of having to do that. I totally loved it! It has really helped me to relax and calm down.
