Excellent introduction.

This is a very well done introduction to mindfulness and guided meditations. Basically it's exactly what any person out there who is unfamiliar with these subjects needs!

Very useful.

IT's a relatively short course but they cover a large amount of material. The author has clearly simplified a lot of topics but it still comes across as very enjoyable listening experience. Good material and a very important subject!

Easily one of the best audiobooks I have ever listened to. Not only for your mind but also for your spirit. Very practical and full of tips on meditations. Very easy to listen to and understand.
