Summary

Meditation changed my life. From being stressed, angry, sad, sick to now being happy, worry-free, more alive, healthy, calm, and peaceful. If I can do it, so can you.

I remember searching all over the internet for any material I could find on overcoming anxiety, worry, stress, gastrointestinal problems, etc. over 13 years ago. I was going through quiet desperation during those years. My internet search led to me finding out about meditation and how it could help solve my problems. There were just way too many materials, so I got overwhelmed and confused. Sometimes I would start, do it for a week, and then gave up and jump to another material hoping it would give me the result I was seeking. 

Since my situation wasn’t changing, I persisted and through enough practice, I realize that meditation doesn’t have to be difficult. You do not need to spend five hours locked up in some room to get result, nor do you need to become a monk to reap the benefits of meditation. I have written this book as a way to make it easier for anyone to start meditating. The reward is worth it. Regaining my life back cannot be measured by any dollar amount. You do not have to struggle for many years as I did. I have put together the pieces in this book, so you can easily understand the process and make meditation a part of your daily life.

This was better than I expected.

The audio book was better than I expected. I believe it is worth the price. The meditation exercises are easy to follow. Yes, I still have problems but am able to be more clear headed about my life as a whole. Cheaper than a doctor for sure!

Happiness is a choice

If you are always sad and unhappy with your life, this book will give you a new perspective. After my divorce, I was really unhappy with my life but buying this book and practicing the exercises every day has helped me found peace. Your happiness is your choice.

Good for entrepreneurs

As an entrepreneur, I have been really stressed for the past years, I needed a simple and straight forward book that can help me to meditate effectively and get rid of stress in my life. This short book didn’t disappoint. I have just started the exercises and will see how it goes.

As someone who has been meditating before, most of the strategies were not new to me. A beginner will find the book useful.

Brian covey knows the subject

The author Brian covey knows the subject. I felt like he should have gone deeper on certain topics. Overall the book is good for the price.

I felt better about myself

After doing the exercises in chapter 9, I felt better about myself. I was suffering a lot from low self-esteem and a lack of self-confidence. This book has helped me a lot.
