Excellent
This was an excellent ending to a great series of books. The depth of feeling between Ian and Tyler shone through. I love how they face everything together and how their great live for each other is tantamount. The book was excellently narrated.

A lovely ending to a great series
I absolutely loved this series - and this last book didn’t disappoint. The momentum from the previous books continued full force. I really like that Tyler and Ian is solid - but there’s still a little angst and drama. The narration was amazing - this parring is so good!!

More Tyler Jamison Greatness! Fantastic Listen🎧
April Wilson pens another fabulous “Tyler Jamison” novel and once again she grabbed my attention and captivated the entire time. Tyler and Ian have come a long way since first meeting them in the first book, “Somebody to Love” and Tyler is more confident in who he is and they make their relationship permanent in the best of ways. Tyler continues to adjust to his new life as a Private Investigator and continues to be super protective of Ian, who winds up showing him he could hold his own. This wonderfully written and plotted story has the perfect balance of drama, some mystery crime solving, thrilling suspense, heartfelt emotions, and a wonderful romance. April Wilson, thank you for another fantastic story and emotional rollercoaster ride.
🎧📚🎧 And for the fabulous narration, J.F. Harding and Jack DuPont were the perfect cast to bring these characters and their story to life. They had a complete understanding of the characters they portrayed, gave each a voice that suited their character’s persona, and were believable in every role they played. They set the perfect tone for the story and captured all the character’s emotions and projected them into their performance. These entertaining storytellers are versatile voice artists and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another amazing listen.

A Beautiful Wedding
Somebody to Cherish is the third book in the Tyler Jamison series. This series should be read in order starting from book one, Somebody to Love. This series was just wonderful and book 3 did not disappoint. I love the slice-of-life feel of some of the moments – it was great to see how Ian and Tyler interact in different situations – but there was also the danger and thrill that I have come to expect from this series.
This book, like the previous books, is character-driven, meaning the book doesn’t end when a plot line is concluded. It follows the intertwined lives of Tyler and Ian during their highs and lows. And oh my do we have some highs and lows in this book! There’s the wedding and honeymoon that’s absolutely beautiful and entertaining, and then a fatal encounter with a stalker from the past that had my heart pounding. The moments when Tyler and Ian were working as private detectives was great. They’re dynamic is intense with some on-the-edge-of-my-seat tension. I loved the conclusion and hope we get to see the men and their family in future books.
The audiobook was narrated by J.F. Harding and Jack DuPont who did a wonderful job with the dual narration. These men are true vocal professionals who complemented each other perfectly. They performed the book with verve and energy which made for a great performance. The audiobook production was also well done.

Amazing story and a brillant narration
After being thrilled with the audiobooks of Somebody to Love and Sombody to Hold, I was looking forward to Somebody to Cherish.
I love Tyler and Ian and really enjoyed how their relationship developed over the three volumes. Both of them have grown as characters. Now that Tyler is no longer a homicide detective, he has opened a private detective agency with Ian and they are quickly working on their first cases together.
April Wilson's writing style is, as always, very enjoyable and easy-going. The focus of the story this time is more on the private life of the two, in which there were some heartwarming moments. The professional cases they both worked on were interesting, and just when you think they can really enjoy their happiness, a dark shadow of the past emerges that still gave me a lot of heart palpitations. Very exciting and very emotional. In between there was also something to laugh about and I liked the mix very much.
The audiobook was narrated by J. F. Harding and Jack Dupont and both did a fantastic job. I loved how the two narrators brought the characters to life with their pleasant voices and emotions. The two of them are the perfect cast for this series and I'm kind of sad now that this series is over. Speaking of the end, I almost wished that the ending hadn't been told so quickly. But maybe that's just my wish I would have liked to stay with Tyler and Ian a little longer. But all in all, I am satisfied with the ending of the story.
It was a pleasure to listen to this entertaining audiobook. Highly recommended!

Disjoint but the happy endings satisfied!
After Tyler Jamison has been kicked off the Force, he and his boyfriend, Ian Alexander, start up a fledgling private investigation agency and successfully take on a few cases. With wedding bells in the air, all should be well but their arch-nemesis, Brad Turner, has other ideas. While I liked the eventual outcomes, this felt like a bunch of short stories cobbled together around the wedding story, it just didn’t flow for me. Brad Turner kept intruding at very convenient times (so thoughtful!) so he never interrupted anything important and that felt forced. There was also a BIG sense of déjà vu with Ian once again hiding Brad’s contact and threats from Tyler - I thought Ian had learnt his lesson in the last book, but nope. Once again, suspend your ideas about Ian and Tyler’s common sense and you’ll enjoy the drama and the happy endings. Audio narrators Jack DuPont (as Tyler) and JF Harding (as Ian) are just so good - great narrators, great combo!
