great story
i really did enjoy the book and the narrators are both excellent but would have liked it more if they worked together and chapter by chapter imitating each others voices

Surprising
Had bought it then had heard a negative review so just left it unread, finally tried it and loved it, I love that Vaughn isnt perfect and makes mistakes, made him more relatable, great book and im not letting the sequel gather dust

excellent story
definitely worth a listen, the story will keep you engaged all the way.
although i did not like the convenient jumps made in the story, for example the main guy cobbles together a space ship!
the problem is, in book 2, which i listened to the next day, it has sooooo much PLOT ARMOUR, that it gets ridiculous. everything happens conveniently for the 2 protagonists. just be prepared for that and you'll like the books.

Loved every minute of it
I’m not usually into post apocalyptic stories but this was engaging and I could relate to the feelings and emotions of both the main characters. I think they were well written real characters. I loved the performances from both the narrators

Great story I thought having two narrators easy to except them swapping and reading for both of the people.

Fast paced sci fi with great characters
Best audiobook I've listened to for ages!
RC Bray and Julia Whelan are fantastic as usual, voicing two characters you really care about.
Finished this in two settings and going straight onto book two of the series! Recommend this book to anyone who loved the Martian.
