Simply great
Really helpful book if you’re looking for a more natural birthing and early years experience. Environmentally helpful too with the advice on diapering.
Recommend for new parents or parents looking for an alternative way.

Alternative birth strategies
This book is such a gem if you want to know what options you have to the mainstream ideas of birth. I loved the way the book was organized to start from pre-natal care - if you would rather not go through the normal clinic visits, lab tests, and ultrasounds because you know birth is a natural process that does not necessarily need all that. I have learnt so much, I am wishing I had this book four years ago,
