It is a good anthology of stories about the Iron Hands and the shattered legions. However, the best stories IMO, are the last two by far.

Great character arcs with inter twining plots. Really good. Characters really come to life and as real depth to the heresy

...but this collection of stories endures! A fantastic collection of heresy era short stories from the various loyalist legions that managed to escape Istvan. Mostly Iron Hands but a nice little mix of everything. Well worth the price, was a great listen that gives you an idea of what happens to those few scattered groups of survivors.
