If you have prayed and feel like God isn't listening, checkout the following chapters: 9. Believers Authority and 10. Better way to Pray.
I believe you will be blessed if after you read or listen, you are careful to follow his example. It took a long time for me to understand the simple mistakes I was making on my own as a new believer, mostly because I wasn't giving the Holy Spirit a chance to bless me with the wisdom I asked for. This information would have saved me a lot of time back then.
Weather the impatience of beginners or the habits of more mature Christians; if you believe your prayers aren't being answered give this book or cd a try. It comes right from the Word.
Give Audible.com a try. This narrator is outstanding and somehow listening for me is not only soothing, it always makes me feel blessed.

Great synopsis of many of his books
Even though this just has extracts from many of his books, it is full of good teaching. It will inspire you to dig deeper into his seminars and teachings on the bible and what salvation gives us. Time and money well spent.

A must read/listen.
An essential boom for any believer to read/listen to. Definitely a book I plan to revisit over and over. These are basics that need to be past on to descendants upon descendants.
