Well-written and very informative
The author did wonderful work. The delivery is direct and logical. He applies his logic to everyday scenarios instead of just telling you what you should do. He clearly identifies some ethical issues that people face when trying to say No.
When you listen to this book, you will discover the main points, relate to plenty of examples, and learn from the simple application of the principles. It’s a very good and organized way of presenting a number of approaches to say No.
If you have any problems when it comes to being assertive or expressing your true feelings, this can be a very helpful book.

Self-awareness and empowerment
This book opened my mind to things I never knew because I was too busy to notice. I now understand why it's always been difficult for me to say No especially to my co-workers who need help. Now that I have the know-how and the self-assurance, I feel a lot of positive changes are coming my way. This book is very helpful to anyone feeling like a horrible person when saying no to someone. It inspired me to take action to make my life better. A No to someone is definitely a Yes to me - this is my mantra from now on.

Everything is great
The best book among all the audible books I have. This has a clear explanation to make you understand the need to say No and it has practical ways to actually apply the principles.
There are a lot more you will realize and learn by listening to this book.
It is such a good book that I would share this with my family and friends.
If you buy only one book to help you deal with the urge to always say Yes, this is the one! This will change your life. It won’t just make you feel good, but it will also lead you to achieve what you really want in life.

Very timely
I loved this audiobook. It’s exactly what I needed at this point in my life. Because of the pandemic, I had so many epiphanies about what I’m doing with my life and what I should do to make it better. I realized that life is short and we should make the most out of it. Spending time on what matters most is very important. While I’m stuck at home, I’ve read many books about life improvement and this is one audiobook that I really admire.
It is well-written and packed with information and tips that are very useful to live a happier life.
I highly recommend this book.

Worth sharing with others
I usually don’t leave reviews, but this book made a great impact on me that I feel compelled to recommend this to everyone struggling to find true happiness and feeling stuck in achieving their dreams. This book will teach you a lot of things, it will give you insights, tips, and realizations. If you put all of them together, it will make a positive effect on the quality of your life.
I learned a lot more from this book than any other book about saying No or people pleasing.
It is clear, informative, and every chapter is engaging. It is narrated well, too.
It is worth listening to more than once.

Very useful
I found this book really helpful with the situations that need a “No” and the strategies to say No. There are a lot of times where I struggle to refuse. I hardly say No to anyone. Because of this, I created a lot of problems for myself. Saying Yes to almost everything can cause burn out in the end.
I am good at juggling tasks but this time, I’d like to give more value to the things that really make me happy. I am going to use what I learned from this book to gradually say No to save myself.
