Summary
Someone’s cat is missing and Parker Ferro, San Amaro’s best paranormal PI can’t find it.
When Parker goes looking for the wayward feline, he finds himself facing witches’ familiars, dead bodies, and shadows that move. The further into San Amaro’s underbelly Parker goes looking, the more he realizes that he is heading somewhere completely new. When his mysterious cat is linked to Nick’s dead bodies, Parker is faced with some of his darkest decisions yet.

Enjoyable Story
A well written story with and interesting concept. The characters are likeable and the narration is very good.

Great next episode but not where to start
I listened to the previous book before I picked up this one. I’ve actually been following the story from the beginning, but you really do need to have the previous book in order to be able to understand many aspects of this one.

I Just LOVED it!
Another great story where once again Parker tries to solve a mystery while staying alive!
In my review of the previous book, I said I like the story better when it focuses on the fae and their politics than the old Golds storyline. Here, I think it was a good mixed of both so that I truly enjoyed the book.
Fantastic characters, emotionally compelling and entertaining, action-packed, twists and revelations.
I just LOVED it!
