Summary
Gio is blessed with a big family and lots of friends. Unfortunately, there’s an unspoken code amongst his buddies…one where sisters are off-limits. That wouldn’t be a problem if he and his best friend, Rafe, could stop thinking about Kayden’s vivacious, fun-loving little sister, Keeley. They have always been stand-up guys, but Keeley is so tempting, so sexy, that they’re in danger of breaking all the rules.
Keeley’s not exactly batting a thousand when it comes to life. She just lost her job and her only true talent seems to be picking the worst guys on the planet from online dating sites. However, her uneventful life takes a turn for the steamy after Rafe hires her to work for him and he and Gio start crashing all her bad dates.

Mari Carr had me at chapter 1!
Get ready for a hot and spicy, brother's best friend romance like you have not listened to before. This is a bit of childhood crush come to life and new found romance all at the same time! Mari Carr had me at chapter 1! Kayden, Keeley's little sister has had a run of bad luck. Recently losing her job and place to live, she did not want to move back to the newlywed's house. When Rafe and Gio, Kayden's best friends offer her a job, and a place to stay, life is back on track. Not only bailing her out, but she has always playfully flirted with them over the years. These two always look at her as a little sister, and watching her use dating apps made them crazy. Slowly, the relationships evolve, and the three find a rhythm. But there is a end date to it all. With each having issues of their own, where will it all lead? Will the three work it out? Will one be left behind? Carr weaves an emotional story giving history to them all, making us wonder! It's a little angst, a lot of fun and a heat factor that is off the charts! Get ready to enjoy this one!
Marina Barrett, Oliver Highpoint and Theo Sinclair steam up the earbuds with this one. Each one finds the essence of their character and brings it alive. Rafe is dark and broody, with Gio a bit more easy going. Keeley at times a bit immature, but knows her heart and finds her stride. I love this trio of narrators and they nailed this performance!

Friend's Little Sister Romance
Rough and Ready by Mari Carr is a friends little sister romance that I listened on audio narrated by Marina Barrett, Theo Sinclair, and Oliver Highpoint. This is the third book in the Italian Stallions series.
I really enjoyed the relationship that bloomed between Gio, Rafe, and Keeley. I liked that we got all of their points of views throughout the story. It really brought the story to life.
I can't wait to dive into the next book in the series Wild and Wicked so I can get Gianna and Elio's story.
Marina, Theo, and Oliver did a great job on the narration. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.
I would recommend this book if you like friend's little sister romance, friends to lover's romance, boss romance, or contemporary romance.

Good
i did not listen to the previous books in this series so I wasn't sure what to expect but I enjoyed this book good story and I liked characters, the narrators did a great job, my only complaint and it just a preference thing for me but it was in 3rd person but that's only because I perfer 1st person I follow the story better in 1st person

More Sweet & Spicy Italian Stallions Greatness!
Mari Carr pens another amazing novel set in her “Italian Stallions” series and I loved everything about it, from her wonderful writing style to the fabulous characters and storylines she created to the perfectly cast narrators who bring it all to life from the pages to your ears. The story grabbed my attention right from the start and captivated it straight to the end. The characters are realistic, easy to relate to and connect with, they are easy to care about too. Kayden is Keeley’s older brother and friend with Gil and Rafe,which makes her off limits, right? Rafe was in over his head with the businesses and property he inherited. Keeley had lost her job and Rafe needed help to manage it all and sort through the files, so he hired her. Gil was helping renovate the house, the haunted house, and Rafe told him to move in. Both look at Keeley with hearts in their eyes, but she drives them crazy with her constant use of the dating app and they take it upon themselves to watch over what turn out to be failed dates, that is because they want her for themselves. Gil and Rafe had shared women before, but Rafe is not a relationship type of guy, and that is what Keeley is looking for. It was great watching their relationship grow and evolve, the chemistry between them is undeniable and they could only deny each other for so long. Their relationship fell into place naturally and all was going well, except Rafe had already put a time limit on it and when that time limit is up he is ready to walk away, but Gio and Keeley are not, can they be a couple without Rafe, and do they want that? I loved how everything played in this charming and heartwarming story, a wonderfully plotted story that has the perfect balance of drama, some humor, heartfelt emotions, and some steamy romance. Mari Carr, thank you for another wonderfully entertaining story and emotional rollercoaster ride.
🎧📚🎧 And for the amazing narration, Marina Barrett, Theo Sinclair and Oliver Highpoint fabulous performance of bringing these characters to life continues. Their voices have been consistent throughout and the quality of the audio has been top-notch. I loved how they took each role and made it their own, sounding believable and just as I picture the characters to sound. You could hear how much heart they put into their craft as they capture all the character’s emotions and project them into their performance, making you feel every single one. These versatile voice artists are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another wonderful listen.

my first MMF
I usually bypass these stories but the vlurbed pulled me in. The story follows Keely, Rafe and Gio. she loves both men. Rage and Gio have a history for menage. they want to have one with her but scared to act on it. Rafe and Gio work on the Haunted Inn. Keely comes on board. before long they enter in a relationship.
the narrators were amazing. the only downfall is which voice was Rafe vs Gio.
highly recomend.

These characters totally belong together. They make an interesting relationship between the three of them. With a great performance this book was very entertaining.

🔥❤️🔥 Three is sizzle hot
Who said three is a crowd?? They clearly lied, these three are great together and the chemistry is off the scales. I love how this story is told, love the writing style. The narration was fantastic. I do recommend this book.

Loved loved loved the triple narration of Marina Barrett, Theo Sinclair and Oliver Highpoint, perfect
When Keeley finds herself in need a job and Rafe offers her one cleaning out the mansion his grandfather left him. Rafe and Gio are best friends . Gio is a contractor who starts a business with Rafe to make the mansion a haunted Inn . They have always watched over Keely since she is their friend’s little sister, but things are changing. This a great sexy romance. Hot and sexy.

Brothers best friend romance
If you like ménage and the brothers friend troupe definitely give this a listen. There’s some angst as any good book should have and I love the ghostie grandpa. A very cute and fun listen for sure
