About this listen
What I thought would happen during my time at Monster Academy: long walks on the beach, a murder spree or two, and finding a nice vampire to settle down with.
What actually happened during my time at Monster Academy: kidnapped by my headmaster and later by my sadistic sister, developed feelings for an eccentric group of monsters, and accidentally started an anti-vampire movement. Oh, and discovered I might not actually be a vampire.
My dad—Dracula—is being evasive and refusing to answer my questions. And hate groups are popping up around campus, determined to eliminate all vampires once and for all.
If that wasn’t enough to deal with, the Roaring is fast approaching, and I’m determined to prove that I have what it takes.
The only problem? The Roaring is a competition that embodies both physical strength and mental intelligence—both of which I lack. Three games. Over one hundred competitors. One winner. Time to play with the monsters.
This is a dark comedy reverse harem romance that features strong language, violence, and sexual situations. Get ready to embrace your inner-psycho.

Ok but!!
Violet is Dracula's daughter. He sends her to Prodigium Academy for school where she is hated because she's Dracula's daughter and she learns she has quite a few mates which is unusual. Now I'm writing this review after listening to all four books and the one thing that has driven me mad is the internal monologue is way over done. It's one of my pet hates, I understand that you need monologue in books but when 98% of a chapter is monologue and not conversation and takes two chapters to finish a conversation, It's like the author has to fill the book up with nonsense and stuff that's completely unnecessary to the story. Bridget and Jake did a fantastic job.

Hear me Roar-ing… yes yes yes
So book 2 was everything I’d hoped it would be. I laughed so much and don’t get me started on me crying… this series is one of the best I’ve read in ages. It’s following violet (daughter of Dracula….. or is she???) through the roaring (a monster game of free for all and survival)
Jake and Bridget blow my mind everytime I listen to their voices and this time is no different, they just bring the character to this world and give them the life they deserve…
Just get involved!!

It just gets better
I’ve missed Violet and her humour I was giggling most of the way through she’s so funny . Violet decides she’s going to take part in the Roaring and win but she doesn’t know who she can trust apart from her guys and Dimitri Grey who just might turn out to be another mate . With enemies coming at her from all sides trying to kill her then the shock her Dad tells her she’s not sure how much more she can take.
