Summary

A sweet, lighthearted romantic comedy from USA Today bestselling author Pippa Grant about one social media influencer’s dream of going off the grid and the IRL love she finds along the way.

Secrets always catch up with you. The world knows me as Tavi Lightly, sugar-free social media influencer. But my true purpose lies in secretly restoring a cacao farm in Costa Rica. Unfortunately, to save the farm, I need access to the trust fund that my grandmother has frozen. She’s requiring me to do charity work in Tickled Pink, Wisconsin, and until I meet her ultimatum—no trust fund. So to Tickled Pink I go.

My first grandmother-approved charity project? Helping local reformed bad boy Dylan Wright. He has secrets too, like how he’s hung up on his married best friend. Kick-starting his dating life is as easy as making him famous through association with me.

Not so easy is the fact that we’re falling for each other. He belongs in Tickled Pink, and I belong on my farm. We might share our secrets with one another, but can we really share our lives too?

“With a good mix of romance, comedy, and redemption, the second Tickled Pink story, after The One Who Loves You, is recommended for romance readers who appreciate new beginnings in a small town.”Library Journal

Tavi's story

This didn't make me laugh out loud as much as the first book in this series did, but I still loved hearing Tavi & Dylan's story, and also getting updates on all of the colourful characters we met in the previous book.
I hope that this series continues.
Wonderful narration by two of my favourite narrators.

All fun!

This is the second book in the series and while in the first book, I had some issues with the characters, I really loved the characters in this book. Tavi, in the last book, was flighty and silly and her behavior was masterfully explained by Pippa Grant. She became a very identifiable character- as an internet sensation, she had to keep up with appearances and I loved how her internal monologue realized how exhausting and ridiculous it was. She meets Dylan, who has his own reputation to overcome, having been the ultimate bad boy when he was younger. I loved them two together, first coming together as friends and then something more but also, I loved the community and supporting characters (including Phoebe from the first book, who I wasn't a huge fan of!)

Funny, wacky characters, smart dialogue and just overall, an interesting colorful world really differentiates this story from so many others I've read this year!

Throw in the fantastic narration by Savannah Peachwood and Sebastian York and this whole story really came to life. What a fun way to spend a few hours!

DNF

Every single Tavi chapter has her rehashing her situation. We get it you hate your family, you’re spoiled, you have secrets GAH! I stopped at Chapter 6 because I could take it anymore! Maybe if there would have been more from Dylan…but even his chapters were are repetitive “I was a bad person, I’m trying to be good blah blah blah”. The first book was good but this one is just a repeat of that book with A LOT more whining. Skip it.

Tickled Pink Shenanigans

The name of the town is perfect! The story leaves you tickled pink. Tab and Dillon are a great match and really belong together. Estelle as usual is her witchy self and I really was surprised about Michael. I hope Cater’s book is next and could Lola be his love interest or maybe Naomi. Bridgette and the whole Tickled Pink Community are back as well. I cannot wait to return to Tickled Pink!

As always Savannah Peach and Sebastian York prove why they are two of my favorite narrators. Pippa Grant has added another great story to her long list of must reads.

Loved it!

Pippa Grant did it again! I loved this book and it was expertly narrated by Savannah Peachwood and Sebastian York! Those two do a great job bringing the characters to life and telling their story. Their story is fun and makes you wish there was a real Tickle Pink to visit! Thank you, Pippa, for another outstanding book! I hope there will be more stories coming from this group of characters!

Perfect lighthearted RomCom

This story was the right amount of humor, sweet genuine love and a sprinkle of spice. Tavi & Dylan are adorable together and their story was so easy to fall in love with. This was the perfect lighthearted listen for my migraine day. 18+ 4.5/stars overall.

OK but the family is pretty awful!

3.5 Stars for me.

I really hated the family and wished that the h had started her improvement journey earlier. The other thing that authors do that drive me insane is the that the H's donate their salaries to charities to offset doing vapid things. In this case, the h was in desperate need of money to fund her hidden chocolate company yet gave away the money that would have funded it.

I enjoyed seeing the H on multiple occasions putting grandma in her place. It would have been nice to see more backbone in the h.

I still love PG stories but this was not one of my favorites. The last 30 minutes bumped the story from 2.75 to 3.5 Stars for me.
