Summary

Are you ready for war?

Fight for survival and the fate of the realms.

I discovered my abilities...but that was just the beginning.

Malum, Scorpius, and Orion are now fighting for me. Their power is mind-boggling. The carnage staggering. The High Court wants me to control them, but you can't leash monsters. Even with Sadie, Jinx, and John by my side, I'm struggling to survive. The war drums are beating and life altering secrets are being revealed.

It's time for combat. Let the battles begin.

Remarkable Series. Wholesome Ending.

Don’t let the negative reviews for this book put you off. It’s answers so many questions. Has some fantastic fight scenes. Character growth. And it slows down and rounds everything off in the last few chapters. Loved it.

Excellent ending to the series!

Really like this series. Good grovel. Emotional. A bit slow in the middle but the book is long so that’s expected. Will reread in the future!

loved it but a few notes

FANTASTIC READERS!
fabulous! I loved the use of a male and female narrator. Arans voices was amazing!

plotholes:

However, these some issues with this and the other texts. They need a really good edit and the content needs fine tooth combing due to some plot holes and forgotten elements. Several this were mention once and later appear. because they've not been peppered and teased throughout I as a reader lack the investment of these elements. i.e. it would be cool to see Aran rub the embroidery on her gloves and find it soothing. like she new somehow it brought her closer to the people who allowed her to feel safe. That being said lots of tying up in this book and I loved it.

THE COMEDY

This damn book made me laugh so much. The humour and hyper sexuality really made me feel better as I relaxed and made dinner. 10/10

CONTINUITY AND CONSISTENCY :

Author seems to struggle keeping dates and ages concise. Aran and Jinx both have age swaps throughout the text. Jink is 13 and 23. Then suddenly 14 and 24. Next she's 15 and back to 14. Despite this the book takes place over a few months. I'd like to see this corrected as it cause immersion issues.

THE TATTOOS

I think it would have been nice these healing and disappearing over the course of the final few chapters. It would carry the plot through the last chapters and be a huge reflection of the characters healing journey. Scars are part of life and the one under her eye is awesome. it's Just the idea of the W**** being carved on 3 people's backs and suddenly no mention of it ever again after they fix the enchantment issue is a problem too me. It fails to hit that full happy ending.

ENDING

This could do with some work. it ends abruptly and humorously but I'd love a hint at what their future will be and look like. i.e. What roles do they feels and want to feel on their lives. Other then being "mates" what is their life's purpose. i.e. does Cobra visit his dad and help rule? Do Sadie really forgive Dick (especially after Jinks last entry)? Do Jink start telling everyone the truth to sadie and othets about when why and how the *redacted* visit her and torture her? Why would Dick give Jink the prophetic leg? where did Layla the witch go? is Warren a fated mate to Jinx or just her body guard and protector? Why was Jinx in bed at the end if she doesn't sleep? DOes Sadie also get married at the same time as Aran or do they have seperate weddings? I loved this series but yh. I'd love the conclusion to be tighter.

ORIAN AND JOHN
Fabulous, clean, wonderful conclusion to their connection to each other. Very sweet. It was nice from Arans perspective to see their conclusions.
