Love always wins in the end

There have been plenty of books written of the turmoil that people suffer to conceive pregnancy. Imagine how much more challenging it would be for a trans woman to temporarily reverse her estrogen in order to produce sperm to be inseminated into her female partners to allow her to become pregnant. This is the incredible tale of exactly that and it a love story of LGBTQ people wanting to start a loving family. The pressures on author Joanne Spataro were unbreakable and this caused huge strain on the relationship. Transgender fertility is a subject seldom discussed and this honest and heartfelt book is an excellent introduction.
