The only thing odder than how a 23-year-old college kid from Utah ended up living in a remote and isolated mansion on the North Shore of Kauai is that he is romantically involved with a woman old enough to be their grandmother. Belle Estate’s walls hold an eerie sway over all who enter, and a dark, shadowy presence seems to be following them around the grounds. When an unfavorable change of plans forces them to stay overnight, Sam and Colby are in for the most terrifying encounter of their lives.

i love sam and colby anyway. but them writing a book is next level. its the best book ive read in a while. it takes me to a different place and it makes me feel like im interacting with them. you have out done yourselves again sam and colby. would be better if same and colby themselves read it out.

I’m not a big reader and it’s the first book I have just not been able to put down! I read and listen and the audiobook is the best purchase I have made, I am a huge fan of Sam and colby and I love Nate so reading this book was a dream come true, I recommend 100% for fans and non-fans because this book is overall fantastic. For me I recommend readers/listeners 13+ it is not that scary but starts to get worse at the end huge plot twist! The language is okay extremely realistic foal language, have fun!!

I thought the overall storyline was amazing. The little twist throughout the book surprised me, and it drawed me in more and more each chapter. Absolutely amazing will read again.
