She graduated from Yale with a degree in English Literature but along the way fell madly in love with metaphysics and yogic philosophy. I loved the way the book consists of lots of super inspiring little stories.
I would have liked a bit more actual guidance, steps maybe?? That's something for the wonderful Tosha to write next maybe?
