Good start to the series

Good story, slow to start but that's not a bad thing as it sets up our main character.

Lots of action and different characters - some good, some bad - time will tell if they are still good and bad by the end of the series..

I liked the narration too.

Awful

Badly written. Was this written by AI? Certainly it seems to have been narrated by an automaton. I got to chapter 17 with gritted teeth and then gave up. Definitely not worth listening to.
