Beautiful hair care tips
This audiobook by Susan Hollister is a great find, inside you'll find plenty of useful tips and advice in order to maintain your hair in fabulous condition. The first chapters are devoted to making your own products and there are very easy-to-do hair recipes. I've already tried the avocado conditioner and the healthy green tea shampoo. The audiobook also gives hair styling tips and advice on food for thicker hair. Finally, the chapter on old wives’ tales and superstitions was very fun and educational to listen to.

Cannot wait to try these out
I have recently swapped over to using a completely natural shampoo from a store and have seen an incredible improvement in the condition of my hair. The problem is, is that it is rather expensive and so I was interested to see if there was some way I could recreate the same effect for less. This book is full of amazing natural hair care recipes that I cannot wait to try. I have particularly dry hair and scalp so I was so happy to know have a bunch of natural remedies at my fingertips to try.
This book is also very helpful in identifying the root cause of many hair problems including diet and stress.

Natural hair care - healthy and shining hair!
‘Natural Hair Care’ by Susan Hollister is a cute audio book how to look after your hair. It is valuable source of information how herbs, natural oils, vinegars and others substance help your hair.
Susan gives a lots of creative, traditional and crazy recipes and remedies to keep your hair strong, healthy, shining and well styling. I am just stunned how easy you can make rich conditioner using eggs, honey, olive oils. I never heard about Castile soap so will be great to experiment with it to give extra foam to your shampoo. If you want to be eco-friendly try formula ‘No-poo’ that is foam free and natural solution for your hair. Susan provides lots of recipes for this king of formula.
I like the idea of henna rinse and apple cider vinegar as a treatment for greasy and coloured dark hair. Also interesting is yarrow shampoo for greasy hair as well as green tea shampoo or rinse. I have lots of herbs to experiment and Susan gives me inspiration to do and try. Funny are myth about hair, how it grows, getting grey or split or how frequently you need to wash them.
Prepare my first shampoo gives me and my kids lots of fun! Thank you Susan.
