I’ve already listen to some of Romeo Alexander’s audiobooks and I was glad that there is another audiobook from the Men of Fort Dale series. I love the writing style of Romeo Alexander and he has written a wonderful friends to lovers romance.

Matt spends Christmas holidays with Nick’s family. The two have been best friends for a long time, but Nick has much more feelings for Matt. He doesn’t have the guts to admit his feelings to Matt, because Matt is straight.
I love the two characters Nick and Matt and the development they make over the course of the story. Nick is lucky to have such a great family! And then the Christmas season takes an unexpected turn.
The story is sweet and romantic – a great feel-good story in which humor is not neglected. The emotional moments were so great. What a wonderful story!

Michael Ferraiuolo does a great job as narrator. He gives different voices to the different characters, breathing life into them. I think it's great that you always know which protagonist is speaking. He tells the story with a lot of feeling and it is great fun to listen to him.

If you like friends-to-lovers stories, this is the one for you. I absolutely recommend "My Kind of Christmas. " A great story that was great narrated. More of this please!

While characters from a previous book (Trust Me, I Hate You) appear in the story, it works well as a standalone.
Matt and Nick have been friends for years, however Nick has been in love with Matt for a bit. Matt has no other family other than his team and Nick, so he spends the holiday with Nick and his family. What a blast! Liquor loosens lips - resulting in feelings being revealed. Also, Nick's family get in on the action of getting the men to get together, with sometimes hilarious results! Fun story!
I love Michael Ferraiuolo's performances and this was really good, though I was not fond of the voice he chose for Matt (a personal thing, since it was good, just not for me). Overall, it's is a great way to enjoy the book. Definitely recommend :)

This is a wonderful friends to lovers romance. I am not sure how, but this is my first book written by Romeo Alexander, it will definitely not be my last. I enjoyed his writing style, the characters and storylines he created are interesting, realistic, easy to relate to and connect with. This book is Nick and Matt’s story, it is my first time meeting them and I never felt lost since I had not read or listened to the earlier book in the series. I was able to enjoy this as a standalone, I did wish list the previous books in the series mainly because I enjoyed this one so much. Nick and Matt, best friends, both have careers in the military and have been by each other’s side since serving. Nick has been in love with Matt but has refrained from sharing that with him since Matt is in to women and not men. Nick comes for a large family and since Matt has none they take him in too and both go to celebrate the holidays with Nick’s family. With some family intervention their holiday vacation turns in to more. I loved how everything played out in this book, the sweet and delightful story is beautifully plotted with drama, some humor, heartfelt and emotional moments and a great romance. Romeo Alexander, thank you for this wonderful story and emotional rollercoaster ride. I highly recommend this entertaining and enjoyable story any time of the year!

He brings these characters to life, humanizing them, giving each their own distinct voice which makes it easy to follow along and tell how is how. He does an awesome job portraying the characters, grasping their persona and sounding just as I am picturing them to sound. He sets the perfect tone for the story, captures all the character’s emotions and projects them into his performance. He is an entertaining storyteller and a pleasure to listen to. A low angst, short, friends to lovers audio. Very enjoyable. Since this is book 5 you will get updates from previous books but I could still follow along with the new and old characters. This was a new author for me and I'm looking forward to going back to the beginning of the series.

Just lovely. This is the perfect getaway listen during the holidays. It's short and sweet and just pure bliss. I loved how the two were able to have such open communication regarding their feelings and insecurities. Fantastic story!
