A brand-new cozy crime series set in gorgeous Tuscany...It's murder in paradise!

A secluded villa…

When Dan Armstrong is asked to provide security at a private villa on the outskirts of Pisa, he’s pretty sure it will be an easy job. Villa Gregory is remote; the gathered guests are rich – what could possibly go wrong?

A glittering gathering...

Inside the high walls of the palatial villa, Dan discovers the gathered guests are some of the most powerful tycoons in the media world, with plans for world domination. With so much at stake, Dan redoubles his efforts to keep everyone safe.

A detective under pressure?

But when one of the group is found murdered, Dan’s heart sinks – especially considering Anna’s own daughter is in the frame! When the police arrive, Dan meets formidable Inspector Adolfo Vinci, a man whose main talent seems to be for getting things wrong. It all goes from bad to worse for Dan as the man from the Leaning Tower starts leaning on him.

It's another case for Dan and Oscar to solve and this one won't be easy!

A gripping new murder mystery series by bestselling author T.A. Williams, perfect for fans of Death in Paradise, Lee Strauss and Beth Byers.

Love this series

I get through these far too quickly as they’re brilliantly written and narrated. I love getting to know the characters and can’t wait for the next instalment to see where things go. Oscar is the star of the show

Tuscany is the perfect setting for Dan and Oscar’s adventures. Easy and fun storyline. The narrator is just right for these books.

The main character has a capacity to love

The book has a good diversity of characters. It was very difficult to know who the killer was, which kept the suspense going. Very nice.

I really enjoyed this Dan & Oscar murder mystery novel.

I've read all of the series and just have a few left to go. They make a refreshingly light change to the usual Italian, Swedish and French detective novels I read.

Another great read !

Well , actually….listen . However my only moan is , that I finished it 😟 and
feel a bit bereft. I’m totally caught up with these Italian based murder mysteries .
In love with Oscar 😁 and cannot fault the central murder mystery -
the characters -old and new , and not forgetting the mouth watering menu’s
always given a good mention .
I do hope there are more to come ….will be pre-ordered at the first opportunity.

Easy enjoyable listening

Another thoroughly entertaining and enjoyable episode with PI Dan Armstrong and his intelligent black labrador Oscar.
The description of the Italian scenery, culture and food is very well done and enjoyable too.
Narration by Simon Mattacks is excellent as always.
