I might listen to this after my son has finished!
My son is already several chapters in after only 2 nights and says it's great for a Minecraft fan. The detail sounds really good. I personally liked Minecraft Herobrine books so may even give it to listen!

Completely confusing. Not really for kids
I started this book in the car for my two boys five and eight who are huge Minecraft fans. First off there was absolutely no set up to the backstory or character development (who are these characters?!?)and inappropriate language was used many many times, words like “Badass” and .phrases like “What the Hell?” Maybe for young adults but definitely not a “kids” book unless you want your grade schoolers to talk like “South Park” characters.

Enjoyable story ride!
My son couldn't see for a day; this book saved us from ultimate boredom! The narrator did a great job!

Speech
Very time instead of saying Herobrine he said Herobline like why did he say. The it’s pronounced he-ro-brine not he-ro-bline

Great for Minecraft lover!
This audio-book is a classic heroes journey book within the Minecraft world and I see why children would like it for the Minecraft references. I probably won't listen the other books.

Really engaging stories!
Great story, and excellent performance by Lamont Mapp. Listening while playing Minecraft made me jump a few times when the mob sounds played from the book

Waiting for the next volume!
I want to give jack black a high five for this. It feels like an amazing roleplay perspective of someone playing Minecraft and getting into the game over time, while making some subtle jokes about the player.

My three boys and I loved Lamont Mapp's narration!
The story was laid out perfectly for the games actual progression, so it was fun to be able to identify with the character and understand each aspect that occurred. My oldest is 12, my middle son is 10, and my youngest is 6 and as there mom I have played the game together.
