All around great!
I loved this bundle because one is for teens, and one is for parents to help teens. The author has thought of everything and includes holistic, practical ways and exercises for both teens and parents to help their mental health. My favorite sections were on stress management and depression management. I enjoyed the narrator's voice and will definitely be listening a second time.

Amazing!
This is a super valuable audiobook, combining two books into one. It offers an abundance of easy to understand and apply tips and tools for our tweens and teens (and, frankly, even adults!). It was well-narrated an an overall enjoyable listen. I will be looking into purchasing the physical copy as well as it would make it easier to go through and revisit the various topics.

Key life skills
As a parent, I wish I could wrap my kids in cotton balls and make sure nothing bad ever happens to them, that they’re never upset. But sadly, life happens, and as they’re becoming more independent, the world happens and I know perfectly well I won’t always be here to protect them.
Self-regulation is a key life-skill for anyone but even more so for sensitive teens who experience a rollercoaster of emotions at the best of times, let alone in this turbulent times. I’m grateful these workbooks are here to help them flex those self-care muscles.

Amazing book.
Wow, what an amazing book! This book is much needed for me as I'm unable to control my emotions. It feels like a gift for me. While listening to it, I just felt how badly I was stuck in my emotions and negative thoughts. I also want to appreciate the narrator for narrating such amazing content.
