its a lifestyle

mindfullnes is a way to be more happy, the cientific formation of the instructor takes away esoteric view of these practice and adapt to the actual way of western life. Very recommended.

Excellent guide!

Neurosciences of anxiety to give you the tools to make sense of a paralysing sensation. Really liked the narrator's voice, pace and intonation.

I really enjoyed it.

This audiobook is very well organized.

This audiobook is very well written and robust in its scope. I have suffered from anxiety for years, and I found the information in this book to be both relevant and easily accessible. Totally worth my time and I have been able to put my newly found skills to use already. Thank you!!
