Very Enlightening Information

This was an enjoyable and worthwhile book, especially for males with ADHD. This information helps to distinguish the many variations of ADHD and the powers of mind mapping and how to apply this information. I think some of the most astounding information provided in this audiobook was realizing the power of the subconscious and how Mind Mapping helps to activate and improving areas of one’s life. The sound quality of this recording and the narrator’s voice was good.

Loved it

I’ve suffered with ADHD my whole life and it’s only got worse as I got older. This was a great audiobook on understanding adhd and how to manage and improve with it.

A great listen with lots of great advice & info

This was a very insightful guide for those who are either dealing with ADHD themselves or (like me) those who have a loved one with ADHD. I found this very interesting, informative and positive in its tone and message. Lots of very useful guides, strategies and tips with the main focus on mind mapping. The chapter on the power of neuroplasticity was exceptional. Overall, a great listen with lots of great advice, information and tips.

a new angle

I've read a few books about ADHD. Once you're on the topic, you just can't get off and you'll just keep craving for more information, guidance and things for ADHD. Mindmapping is something new. I've read mindmapping for other things like memorizing things, I think that was a good use I forgot where I saw it. But mindmapping for ADHD is new, at least to me. This book was quite well organized, it's informative in a clear structure easy to follow. Listening to it was smooth. THe narration is pleasant to listen to as well. I mean even if you don't have ADHD issues, or you don't know about ADHD, this is still a good book to read on keeping foucs and productivity.
