Re-wire your way of thinking

This audiobook uses science and psychology to help rewire the way you think aiding you in achieving the goals you want to set for yourself. There is no easy way to lose weight or hit a goal. It's through discipline, determination, and creating the best habits for yourself. This book is not the "solve all" solution, however it is a powerful tool to use. I would recommend listening multiple times for your subconscious to take hold of the message.

Very Relaxing

Very well written with excellent narration. I'm really hoping that this audiobook will help me lose weight but in the meantime, it has definitely helped me feel less stressed and I'm much more relaxed.
It is important to embrace the idea and make sure you are listening to the audiobook in a quiet room or in bed. The simple fact that I'm sleeping better, means that I have more energy each day and I'm not snacking on junk food to get a quick hit of calories. The later chapters of subliminal ambient sounds really did the job. These chapters will become regularly played and a great way to unwind and get to sleep too.

Re-program your subconscious mind

The subconscious mind is super powerful, I have heard about hypnosis techniques before but have never come across anything that wasn't simply just affirmations or visualizations. This book includes those, but also focuses on hypnotherapy and subliminal practices. The first half of the book plants positive character traits and actions that are conducive to a healthier lifestyle and weight loss, while the second half focuses on playing tracks that awaken your subconscious. I'd recommend anyone who is trying to lose weight to try this out and even listen to it in your sleep!

Mind Over Matter!

This is a compelling audio book that offers a unique approach to weight loss by tapping into the power of the subconscious mind. I had no idea that I could reprogram my relationship with food and achieve lasting weight loss success through hypnosis. Will Keep Coming Back To

This book is something I will keep listening to over and over until I hit my health goals. The narrator's voice is relaxing and I love the visualization in chapter 7. I appreciated the variety in this book and how much content there is relative to other weight loss hypnosis books I've listened to. There is something for everyone here and I'm confident that hitting on all the techniques over and over will help me lose weight.
