I'd had enough half way through Chapter 4

I was hoping for some help, some techniques to build up resilience to the things that deplete my mental state every day. Near the beginning it does state help like that is not coming in this book, I found that discouraging and I pressed on but by chapter 4 I decided to heed the warning this book wasn't what I was looking for and returned it. You need to be doing better than me to get something from this.

Not his best.

I am a fan of Ant, but, his book this time was a let down to say the least. Its just a rehash of his old stuff and him blabbering on about all the things that's been in the news lately that involved him. Bit boring overall.

Uninspiring, Wooden

I really enjoyed first man in so expected more of this book especially as my confidence isn't great at the moment. Do this, don't do that or this is what you'll get. Don't judge yourself compared to others,  compare your Improvement against what you've done before, all statements opposed to how you regain your confidence. Ant's narration isn't great, he recognises this himself to be fair.

Rehashing material already used. Repetitive once you’ve listened to his other books. The Wall was better.
