About this listen
Denver's biggest playboy is about to get schooled.
Rich, powerful, and a former pro skier - nothing and no woman is off-limits to Brennen Bergen. Part of the billion-dollar Bergen mountain sports family, he’s reigned supreme over the Denver social scene with his playboy antics.
But that’s about to change when he meets Abby Quinn and gets schooled on the man fast.
After a disastrous breakup, Abby has sworn off men.
No dating. No boyfriends.
A complete man fast.
She’s starting over in Denver and landed a teaching position at a prestigious elementary school. It’s a temporary post, but if she does a good job, the position could be permanent.
Too bad Brennen Bergen has just thrown a wrench into her plans.
Forced to shape up or be cut out of his family’s fortune, Brennen must prove he’s a contributing member of the community by volunteering at his former elementary school - Abby’s new school - and the place where he can’t hide behind his bad-boy ways to numb the pain he’s carried for over a decade.
Will an attraction between them spell trouble for Abby, or will Brennen finally have met his match?

Love love love
I loved this book. I found myself trying to find an excuse to listen even when I should have been doing other things. Abby is so relatable and kind and always sees the best in people and Brennen needs just that. Their relationship is so sweet and I love how hard he works to make himself a better man instead of the debauched bachelor he had become. Highly recommend!

Abby & Brennon
Abby & Brennon
Both going through hard times but completely different situations. She is going through a rough breakup and big move. He is a rich man whore and his grandparents are going to cut him off if he doesn’t step up and get his life right. Abby & Brennon end up working together with her 1st grade class and even though she is attracted to him she is on a “Man Fast” and can’t do anything about it. The narration was great I loved the characters and can’t wait to learn about the rest of the family. I definitely recommend this book.

An easy and enjoyable listen...
This is the first book in the series and has been such a pleasure... The characters are well described and thought out. The story flows brilliantly and the ending has left me chomping at the bit to get onto the next book!
The narrator did a fab job of portraying all characters! A good narrator really does make the difference!

Man Fast
This was my first book by Krista Sandor and Monica King, and let me tell you.... I loved them both.
The story is interesting and hilarious.
I enjoyed the soft voice Monica gave Abby. It suited her, but I also loved Monica's male voice. So hot.
Overall I enjoyed this book and want to listen to the rest of the series!

A billionaire with a heart!
Man Fast, the first book in the Bergen Brothers series, is a billionaire bad boy romance. The storyline is well-written and captures attention from start to end. The characters are delightful and charming. Brennan and Abby have an incredible connection and a charged chemistry. They have both have experienced heartache and become excellent support for each other.
Monica King did an excellent job with the narration, bringing the characters to life. This was an enjoyable audiobook and, I recommend it to fans of the genre. T I received a promotional copy of the audiobook, and my unbiased review is given voluntarily.

Speechless
Abby Quin finds herself unsure of what to do. Her boyfriend and first love has decided to leave her. On a whim, she decides to move to Colorado to be with her cousin. She also decides to go on a man fast and focus on her career. She thinks that will be a walk in the park until she meets Brennen Bergen. Brennen's family is tired of his playboy ways. They inform him that he will be cut off unless he changes his ways and gets serious. So I'm guilty of avoiding reading blurbs about books at all costs. If somebody tells me to read a book they think I'll love, I do. No questions asked. That was definitely how this book went. So I won't lie. I thought I was going to absolutely hate it. I honestly did for awhile. Which is why it isn't getting a perfect rating. It grew on me though. The author is definitely very creative. I thought this was going to be a cheesy predictable novel. It was cheesy, but it definitely wasn't predictable. It was nice. I feel like I admired Abby the most. She was really mature from the beginning. She wasn't overly dramatic. She knew what she needed to focus on and did so. I didn't really care for Brennen in the beginning. He was annoying and full of himself. I guess that was kind of the point. It's not said in the book so I'm not spoiling anything, but I'm convinced that grandma put him in that school for a reason. She was the mastermind. I'd of loved to see a bit of her perspective in this book. This book was narrated by Monica King. She is a fantastic narrator. I was very impressed with how she portrayed each character. It was like they were all given a fresh breath of life. I won't say that she's the only narrator with this talent, but I definitely will listen to other narrations by her in the future. She knows how to captivate an audience. My initial impression on this book was that it was going to be so cliché and boring. I thought I was going to predict it to the very end. I was very wrong. I'm happy to say that. I'm also happy to say that I am looking forward to getting my hands on the rest of this series. It's been a very fluffy and fun read.

Beautiful
Slow burn at its best. This one teases you in all the right ways. It’s funny, it’s sad, it’s hot and it’s perfect.
This is light and fluffy while dealing with some very heavy topics. Such an unbelievably good read
The narrator took a story I loved in book form and just added so much to it. Absolutely fantastic

Commiting to a fast, just before a grand feast!
Abby's boyfriend dumps her and she makes her way to her cousin in Denver. After a lifetime of unreliable men, she commits to two things: 1. A man fast for 74 days, and; 2. A new job at a prestigious private school. If only the fates were going to make it easy for her. Instead an infuriatingly arrogant and wealthy man ends up as her classroom volunteer and he is the tempting feast to her fast.
Between the field trips, competitions, classroom antics, supply closets and interested family members, Abby and Brennan need to figure out how to take their attraction to the next level without breaking any prior commitments.
This book is sweet, romantic, funny and delightful. I hope the other Beren brothers are just as entertaining because I am looking forward to whatever is next in the series.
