It works and there is nothing else to say

Terrible narration
The narration is terrible, but speeding it up a little helped. The content was geared toward beginners and often felt like an advertisement for other programs, but overall okay. I have seen Dr. Gallenberger in interviews and wish he had narrated this himself.

most of this book is a collection of reviews
the book describes putting together a meditation, which, by itself would be a great way to change your life. imagine a cauldron and fill it will gratitude, luck, etc. and live your life.
it doesn't include the meditation or have anywhere for you to find an audio recording for such a meditation.
and then the last few chapters, maybe 5? I can't remember how many. are just reviews left by people about how effective the liquid luck meditation is. ADVERTISING.
i seriously feel cheated that I paid money for this book. or ANYONE pays money for this book to be honest.
