Short and simple
It gives the most simplistic way of getting to the meat of the diet. You can listen in one sitting and get the basics. Two chapters are spent on recipes (hope there is an accompanying pdf). If you don't want all the jargon and just want quick startup guide, get this book.
The narrator was breathy and sounded like he should be reading horror. Since the book is so short, it isn't too bad. I couldn't listen to the guy for more than a couple hours though.

I've recently purchased three of the top-selling keto cookbooks, and I've found that I reach for this one time and time again while the others sit on the shelf. What makes this one so much better (in my opinion) is that it gives recipes for delicious, healthy meals that are fast and relatively simple to make.................awesome guide

I’m digging this compared to the other keto diet book I bought. First off, the 14 day meal plan gave me too many ideas so I won’t have problems getting started. Second, although this has only 70 recipes for weight loss purposes, this has more distinct instructions.
