Plant based recipes

The plant-based diet part focused more on being healthier through plant-based recipes which I really enjoyed listening to a lot. Highly recommended.

Healthy lifestyle

This is a good start for me if I want to pursue a healthier lifestyle. Comes as a bundle so I can definitely get all the ideas that I will be needing as I follow along a plant-based diet.

Simple and easy

What made this audiobook exceptional other than being a book bundle is that it is very easy and simple to follow. Advices are also beginner friendly for those who are new to a plant-based diet.
