Although the content is excellent, I would definitely use the journal along side this audio version as it is tedious to listed to the list of forms that are included in the audio if you don't have the physical journal. This is A LOT of information, but super important. I am dealing with my parents and spouse's parents as they have aged, and WOW! There is a huge learning curve. This nugget covers so much, but I would recommend sitting at a desk with a pen and the journal to get things done.

The information contained in this book is simply something we rarely think about until we absolutely have no other choice. This book is a step-by-step guide on how to prepare and organize data about you that someone, like a spouse or family member, would need to know if you weren’t able to tell them yourself. Completing the tasks within this book is probably one of the kindest things we can do for those we have to leave behind. Getting all of our data in order in advance is actually an act of love. The steps are easy to follow and you are guided the entire way including worksheets to help with your documentation. This book is a definite must-read!

I got this book because I want to have everything ready before I die. I think that if I can take this burden off my family to plan my funeral it would be too much.
