Easy to understand!
Not that you will agree with everyone in the world. It could also be the case with the person working under you. What to do then? "Do you understand me more" will jump? No! Try to understand their point of view, show respect. Start your disagreement like this: 'I understand your point. Maybe I would have thought or said the same if I were you. But notice, when we say something or think something, then we do it knowing that it is right.

Easy to follow .
If you give respect you get respect. Very familiar and simple words. You know yourself. Respecting a person's thoughts and ideas will encourage them to talk more openly with you. It will open the way for him to accept you, show you respect too. Learn to appreciate. Remember his name, look with kind eyes. Give the gift of pure smile. These will facilitate your communication with him.

Excellent written .
It's good to be flexible and open-minded. Communicating with rigid people is difficult, uncomfortable. It is good practice to try to understand another person, to think about it without reacting immediately even if you see a completely opposite point of view. It will enhance your communication skills, develop relationships, increase knowledge, above all strengthen your personality. Be honest in these matters. If you find mistakes in your information or ideas, correct them. In the end it is your own profit.

Effective book!
Get an idea about the age, occupation, interests, etc. of the audience or those to whom you will be presenting. Because you cannot give a presentation in front of a corporate company the way you would give a presentation in front of a group of school students because the type of presentation varies depending on the audience. So by knowing about the audience before the presentation, you can create your presentation content accordingly.

Positive impression.
During the presentation, ask the audience a question, tell an interesting story related to the topic of your presentation. You will see that the attention of the audience will be on you throughout the presentation! Nowadays, good presentation skills are required in educational institutions, employment institutions everywhere. Good presentation skills will create a positive impression on you.

Great book.
Speaking beautifully is an art. The first condition of smartness is to know the technique of speaking well. Many people, despite being very knowledgeable, fail to express themselves properly without knowing the techniques of speaking, causing the audience to lose interest in a short time. Read this book and get rid of such problems.
