Critic reviews

"[Cressida Cowell] puts a contemporary spin on the old brains over brawn moral and brings the story to a climax with a thrilling dragon duel. Lots for lots of different readers to enjoy" ( Books for Keeps)

Wonderful!

If you could sum up How to Steal a Dragon's Sword in three words, what would they be?

Exciting! Emotional! Roller-coaster!

What does David Tennant bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?

Life.
I have been reading these books since book one but thanks to lack of time I thought I would give the audio book a try for this one. I was not disappointed. David Tennants was a joy to listen to and the accents were brilliant.

Did you have an emotional reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Both!
Even just reading these books I have found that they have quite an emotional impact on me. Listening to them seemed to make it all the stronger.

LOVED IT!

IT was disgusting, horrible, treac… Just Kidding. It is the complete opposite. It has a lot of tension, amazing storyline by Cressida Cowell, inspirational narrating by David Tennant and it is extremely funny and absolutely 100% amusing and entertaining. A must-read for… actually, I suggest anyone should read it!
