Thought to live by

The human mind is amazing how it copes with the world around it. So many people have gone through emotional trauma and don't even realize it is still affecting them. This book points out the types of trauma and how to identify them. It's rich in ways to create loving relationships and self healing environments. I loved the chapter on being resilient in hard times. I find its the hardest part to push through. This book builds you up and makes it possible to overcome anything.
