Essential read for those in a toxic relationship

This book is an essential read for those who have been in or who are currently in a toxic relationship. The word narcissist is used too commonly and loosely, when describing someone who has said something or acted in an inappropriate way. But a true narcissist, particularly one on the higher end of the spectrum, can have a traumatic and controlling influence on someone’s life.
Dr Sarah Davies explains all of this in a very easy to read way, and this audio version is very good.

It all makes so much sense now…

I hope Dr Sarah reads this. I’ve been waiting to listen to this book and it’s as if she is writing it to me alone, Thank you, it all makes so much sense. Still recovering, in the stage of trying to make sense of it but realise now, maybe I can’t. I will be listening to this over and over again. Thank you 🙏🏻
