Well explained strategy
The author explained the principles clearly. The step by step guide was straight and to the point. I would recommend people reading/listening to the book also uses the website.

Good book but detailed info missing
Good book. Informative but not informative enough.
Some info should be common sense but the key info on how to find businesses, build a team and find funding is missing.
I guess this is the selling point for his master class.

Don't waste your money
This book is very basic, as others have said. If you are new to the topic of business buying/M&A, this is not the book for you - M&A is a complex subject and should not be over-simplified as the author has tried to do here.
