Fantastic guide to keto dieting

As someone who has used keto diets and intermittent fasting for many years, and aware of many of the benefits, I thought there was nothing new to learn, boy was I wrong. This is a very well researched guide that explores both the pros and cons to a keto diet, and what to eat for both carnivores and vegans, including meal planning and tips on how to navigate eating out and restaurant menus. There are also many tips on how to monitor your food intake and put together a keto plan tailor made to your needs and lifestyle. The huge benefits of combining a keto diet with intermittent fasting are explored, which I can personally relate to and endorse. The audiobook is also realistic about setting goals and recognizing small achievements, rather than expecting a miracle cure, and combining a keto diet with a healthy lifestyle and exercise. The pace and delivery of the narrator is excellent and easy to follow, and the information comes in 'bite size' chapters that makes it easy to consume.
