Nice book to have.

A great guide in your life.

If you are wanting a different eating lifestyle for the rest of your life and need to lose weight. This is the book for you. It explains why you should eat this way, It is a healthy way to loose weight, and it comes off fast and safely. After you get to your goal weight the second part of the book explains how to maintain that healthy weight. This book gives you an easy meal plan and list of foods and then its up to you to plan how you want and what you eat.

There is such great information in the book. I can't even begin to list it all!! It not only helps you to understand nutrition and fitness, but also how you think, emotions and how they can sabotage your goals, etc. I highly highly recommend this book.

The best!

This is the best information i have ever received in the diet information. By following his guidelines my husband and I have both begun to lose weight and improve our health. We recommend this book to anyone who is fighting weight and health problems. it will improve their lives if they read the book and follow the program. He makes it possible and healthy.
