Not really about ADHD

There is very little information about ADHD in this, it’s more about promoting a vegan diet, and encouraging you to sleep and exercise. I think the title is misleading, yes these things are important but when you download a book on ADHD you are expecting more about the actual condition and not just healthy lifestyle tips. It may be good as a starting point for some people who have never researched or read anything on ADHD, but it wasn’t what I was looking for and wasn’t what I expected from the title

Love it!

I just finished reading this amazing book about using ADHD to its full capacity, and I have to say, it's really changed the game. This book on ADHD has a radically different strategy from the majority of others, which concentrate on the "disorder" part.
