Summary
Maddie Graves has psychic flashes and can talk to ghosts - only no one is supposed to know her secret. The only thing she can't see is her own future.
After her mother's death, she returns home to find her former best friend, Nick Winters, is really the only man she could ever love. Unfortunately, she's never told him the truth about her abilities, and he's not thrilled with her return.
Nick is conflicted. He's loved Maddie his entire life, but he can't forget the fact that she walked away from him - even if he's desperate to forgive her.
Nick and Maddie keep finding trouble - and each other - and it seems they're on a crash course for happily ever after.
This three-book compilation includes: Grave Homecoming, Grave Insight and Grave Delight.

Just not what I was hoping for in a romance. Some terms were use adnausyum and the story wasn’t that exciting sexually
Great book for teen girls but not for a lusting 30 year old🤨. Just a little too PG-13

Sickly sweet
I can’t count how many times I almost stopped listening towards the end of the second book and all the way through the third book. Definitely sickly sweet.! The endless cutesy terms of endearment, the domineering and over protectiveness of the lead male character and the submission of the lead female really did make me want to puke (as many of the supporting characters in the book said they wanted to do while in their presence).
I never write reviews, but felt I needed to for this one. Interesting story line, but way over the top!

Disappointing
What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
Finished book 1 and just started book 2. I'm disappointed and somewhat bored with the two main characters. The writing is just off. I don't feel any chemistry between them and their interactions are juvenal.
What could Lily Harper Hart have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
The main female character can be sweet without being unbelievably innocent. There were interactions w/the main male character were it felt she was 10 years old.
Did Laura Jennings do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?
Yes.
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
Yes, I love the concept (talks to ghosts). It's what's made me buy the book in the first place.

Narrator
It was difficult to tell who was talking to who. The narrator didn't show much emotion. Simply telling a story.

Guilty Pleasure!
This ia combination Mean Girl, Romance, and Paranormal cozy. What fun! The jilted girlfriend is crazy but I also feel sorry for her. Nick did not handle that right and maybe Maddie didn’t either. But I loved the soap opera qualities; I cannot lie. :). Narrator is good!

Favourite! Paranormal was terrific surprise.
I really like this series. It is sort of quietly dramatic--it isn't extremely suspenseful in the sense that stuff is happening but your heart doesn't get going like crazy.
The main relationship is tender and sweet. I just plain liked them as individuals and as a couple. And they felt pretty mature, realizing their weaknesses and talking openly about them.
I feel the narrator added to it with the proper inflections and by not missing nor overemphasizing the moments.
After many free listens using the Romance Package, I finally purchased this.
There are several more stories in the series, but none have been recorded. I hop they will be, and by this narrator.
