Summary

Charlie Rhodes is psychic, telekinetic, and loaded for bear. She's also hiding amongst the very people who are looking to find someone with her particular skillset.

She's young, energetic, and fresh out of college. She's also landed her dream job with The Legacy Foundation, a group of individuals who are looking for proof of paranormal and legendary creatures.

Charlie has to keep a secret while trusting the others to watch her back. It's a delicate balancing act. It's also a lot of fun.

This three-book omnibus includes the first three books in the Charlie Rhodes Cozy Mystery series. Included are: The Bigfoot Blunder, The Chupacabra Catastrophe and The Werewolf Whoops.

Sit back and enjoy the ride. The laughter and tears will stick with you long after the story ends.

Good book awful narration

Stopped listening after 30 minutes - narrator has most annoying voice. I can’t listen to any more. Shame, as I enjoyed reading them a while ago and thought would listen for my holiday - think this one will get deleted though as it really is terrible.

Great stories, really enjoyed them!

I love that I can pick anything up by Amanda and know I'll enjoy it! These books were no different; I loved the stories and they were a bargain (3 stories for 1 credit). The narrator wasn't my favourite but wasn't a deal breaker for me. I've just purchase the next two groups (books 4-6 & 7-9) and looking forward to getting stuck in 😊

Not fun

I really enjoyed The GRIM series. Looking back I think it had a lot to do with the narrator. This series I couldn’t even get through. Maybe it was the narrator? Or it was the ridiculous dialogue. Obviously I’m not expecting poetry as they are short cosy books but I do expect continuity of some sort.

Meh

Luckily I got 3 for 1 credit. Stories were just okay. Nothing new or special. And these characters “licked their lips” ad nauseam!

Good story but it's ruined by male characters

I don't normally write reviews, but I'm super annoyed! The male love interests are horrible people. They are verbally abusive, controlling and manipulative.

The first book was almost entirely about a codependent family and had very little to do with Big Foot or the murder that took place. But I figured out it was a spin off series and hoped it would get better.

It's such a shame because I like the storyline, the main character (Charlie) is interesting and I'm curious where it's going. But I struggled to get through book 1. I hoped book 2 would be better, which it was, but Jack's near constant abuse of Charlie completely ruins the series for me.

I'll be avoiding this author in the future. I have two other books of hers (another series I won't finish) and if I'd put together it was the same author, I wouldn't have bought this one.

LOVE THIS COZY PARANORMAL SERIES

THIS IS A VERY LIGHT PARANORMAL READ WITH JUST THE RIGHT TOUCH OF MAGIC, ROMANCE, AND MYSTERY. THE BOOKS ARE LONG ENOUGH THAT I DON'T FEEL I AM WASTING MY CREDITS OR MONEY ON ONE OF THOSE 2 TO 4 HOUR TEASES. THE CHARACTERS MAKE ME LAUGH OUT LOUD SOMETIMES. I JUST BOUGHT BOOKS 4-5 AND LOOK FORWARD TO LISTENING.

Deceiving Title

I couldn't get passed the first story because it had nothing much to do with Bigfoot and all about people's secrets and love lives. I do not recommend this series.

Pretty good

Didn't actually expect to enjoy this series. Loved this one though. The premise is pretty neat, though do have to say that the MC is kinda annoying at times.

love this series

Amanda M Lee has yet again made a fantastic new series. characters, mystery, romance, and a lot of snark and laughter. Charlie is set to become one of my favorite heroines even though she is a self-proclaimed busy body. an excellent start to a series and in this case the narrator was excellent. Her overall tone and voice made the story fun and a really good listen.

I feel like I’m listening to SIRI

Monotone, odd inflections. I feel like I’m listening to my car giving directions.
I usually enjoy Lees books, but I find myself repeating lines like a robot.
Jack. forced. A. Smile. Beep boop. At the next light… turn right.
